ABOUT SATORI

About Me & Satori Holistic Nutrition

Hi, I’m Agnieszka (but you can call me Aga if you get stuck on the pronunciation—no hard feelings). I’m the founder of Satori Holistic Nutrition, a registered holistic nutritionist (RHNP), and a firm believer that health is about way more than kale and kombucha.

At its core, Satori Holistic Nutrition is a integrative blend of evidence-based nutritional support and Reiki energy healing—yes, I’ll help you build personalized meal plans and recommend targeted supplements, grounded in current scientific research… but I’ll also remind you to breathe, ground, and maybe even go hug a tree. I believe in tuning in to the body, supporting the nervous system, and nourishing yourself in a way that feels aligned, intuitive, and actually sustainable.

The name “Satori” comes from a Japanese word meaning a sudden moment of enlightenment or deep realization. It’s that spark of clarity when everything just makes sense — when you feel awake, aware, and fully connected to yourself and the world around you — a lightbulb moment. I chose it because honestly, in today’s chaos of screens, takeout, and 3-second attention spans, we all need that spark. That pause. That “aha” moment where we realize: Wait... I actually do want to take care of myself.

Satori isn’t about perfection. It’s about honest effort, a little curiosity, and learning to feel at home in your own skin.

Whether you’re here to prep your body for your next tattoo (I see you, ink-lovers), boost your energy as a man or woman navigating today’s world, unravel why you feel like a sponge for everyone else’s emotions (hello, empaths), or you're simply not feeling your best and need real support for ongoing health issues—I’m here for you. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s rooted in your story, aligned with your body, and tailored to your unique goals

“In the heart of nature, we find our true selves. Satori is not just a moment of enlightenment; it is the path we walk every day, surrounded by the beauty of the natural world.”

A bit more about me:

I live for forest trails, ocean air, and that quiet magic you feel on a hike when your phone has zero bars. Nature is my home base—my therapist, my gym, and my inspiration. It’s where I go to ground myself and where I encourage my clients to go too.

My own health journey started with years of unanswered symptoms and dead ends in conventional medicine. It was only when my wise doctor nudged me, I began exploring Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and the deeper mind-body connection that I started to heal—and more importantly, thrive. That journey led me here, and it’s the reason I do what I do.

What You Can Expect

🌀 Reiki Healing: Energy work that helps you reset, relax, and restore. Think of it like a nervous system massage.

🥗 Nutrition Support: Meal plans and supplement recommendations tailored to your needs—based on real science and your lived experience.

🌱 A Holistic Lens: I look at the whole picture—physical, emotional, energetic—and help you piece it together in a way that feels empowering.

If you're curious about healing, open to trying new things, or just want to feel better (without a crash diet or a weird tea cleanse), you’re in the right place.

Let’s light up that Satori moment together.
